Plantasia Tropical Zoo – Design & Build
JM Building Contractors were appointed to deliver a full design and build project for Plantasia Tropical Zoo, a unique rainforest attraction located in the heart of Swansea city centre. The brief was to create an immersive visitor experience that seamlessly blends architecture, theming, and functionality while supporting the complex needs of a living tropical environment.
Working closely with the client, JM Building Contractors delivered a space that balances visual impact with practical performance, supporting both animal welfare and visitor engagement. From concept through to completion, the result is a striking, atmospheric environment that reinforces Plantasia’s identity as one of Wales’ most distinctive attractions.
