About JM Building Contractors (Swansea) Ltd
Weʼre not your average builders. At JM Building Contractors, we pride ourselves on being clean, professional, and respectful. But itʼs not just what we do – itʼs how we do it. Weʼve built a reputation for doing things properly. That means turning up when we say we will, keeping customers informed, and treating every home with the same care weʼd want in our own. We make sure the job gets done to a high standard – with minimal stress and maximum professionalism.
Our Managing Director, James, takes real pride in the companyʼs reputation – from the quality of our work to the way we treat customers and present ourselves as a team. We’re a growing business with a strong local reputation – and we want the right people to grow with us.

Multitrade tasks
Youʼll be hands-on, tidy, and take pride in finishing jobs properly. Youʼll also be happy to get stuck into other tasks when needed – helping with labouring, cleaning up, and working alongside other trades. Itʼs about getting the job done as a team.
