What you’ll get working with JM Building Contractors
- Employed role with guaranteed 40 hours per week (8am–4.30pm) – no worrying about dry spells

About the Role – Plasterer / Multi-trade
We’re looking for a skilled Plasterer who’s confident across:
- Internal Skimming
- Internal Roughing
- Dot and Dab
- Dry lining
- External work
- Dashing
- Fine Down Finishing
- Making good and finishing to a high standard
Multi-trade tasks
You’ll need to be clean, efficient, and flexible – someone who takes pride in both the process and the end result. You’ll also be happy to get stuck into other multi-trade tasks as needed – from basic labouring to general clean-up – all part of being a reliable member of the team.

- Are confident in all aspects of plastering
- Have a great eye for detail and finish

What we’re looking for
- Experience in plastering (2-3 years)
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification
- A full UK driving licence
- Your own hand tools and some power tools
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary
